A Cross Mill weekend is a syllabus and an apprenticeship at once. Structured instruction by day — and the access that makes it stick: the meals, the rehearsals, and the hours between sessions when the music actually happens.
Most programs put the teacher on stage and the students in rows. We don't. Here, you rehearse beside the featured artist, eat at the same table, and let the music move through the Gallery, the Mill, and the grounds as the evening unfolds.
Twenty musicians, chosen with purpose — enough talent to spark something new, few enough for every player to shape the sound.

Requests open first to the mailing list, and onsite lodging is limited to five places.
