Cross Mill Plug Ins are intentionally limited to twenty musicians. Submitting this form is a request to attend and does not guarantee acceptance. No payment is required at this stage.

We personally review every request to assemble a balanced, highly engaged group with the right mix of instruments, experience, musical perspectives, and collaborative spirit. Applicants are considered based on demonstrated musicianship, performance experience, readiness to participate, and the contribution they may bring to the room.

This is not about fame, professional credentials, or competition. It is about creating the strongest possible environment for every participating artist to learn, contribute, take creative risks, and produce meaningful work together.

Selected musicians will receive a personal invitation and a private link to reserve their place. Attendance is confirmed only after the reservation process is completed.

What Happens Next

Every request is reviewed individually.

We consider musicianship, instrumentation, experience, creative goals, collaborative readiness, and the overall balance of the room.

We will typically respond within several days. Selected applicants will receive an invitation and private reservation link. Some qualified applicants may be placed on a waiting list when a particular instrument or role has already been filled.
