Lead a Plug In — Cross Mill Arts

A featured artist at Cross Mill isn't on a pedestal. You teach a masterclass, coach small ensembles, share an evening set for the room only, and eat at the same table as the attendees — musicians we select by request to make the room worth your time.

Cross Mill handles the rest: hospitality, meals, production, and the property. We also host artists-in-residence, filmed sessions on the gallery stage, and quiet stretches of writing time on the pond — tell us what you'd like to make.
